Hi everyone and welcome to my little blog.
In Australia we are celebrating Australia Day on the 26th, so to all my fellow Australians, have a great day.
Today I am sharing a layout for CSI Color,Stories and Inspiration.

This is my gorgeous granddaughter, Emelia or Milly helping her Mummy in the kitchen.
Milly loves to help cook. She loves to stir everything in the bowl, added little bits and pieces and I must say sometimes the ingredients end up on her or all over the kitchen.

The Evidence- I have used the following from the list -
gingham, jars, food accents, circles, wispy flowers, woodgrain, cursive writing, starbursts.
The Testimony- I wrote about food and you can see it on the jar at the bottom of the page.

 Love love love Petaloo flowers

I painted some straws then rolled them
over a stamp, love this effect

We throw so much chipboard out as rubbish but here I have used used
the chipboard surrounds as part of the page

Paint splatters on the background and glitter on the title

I put my journalling in one of the jars

" Charli Girl "

Hello today I want to share my Design Team
layout for  Major Case File 188 at CSI.
This is the case file that you have the whole month to
submit your layout.
So if you have never played why not give it a go, especially when you have the entire month to play.

This is my furbaby
" Charli Girl "
She is showing her "Kardashian " style here. Not to sure if she likes it, but some of the family members think it's fun to dress her up at those special occasions.

Lots of colour in this layout.

Case File elements;
The Scheme - Tangerine Orange, White, Black, Pale Yellow and Aqua- all can be seen.
The evidence: I used the following, stripes, animals, clouds, wire, buttons, goggle eyes and triangles
The Testimony: I stacked bits of journalling in different spots around the page.

The Rosette die is great for a layout when you don't
want to use flowers..

Triangles places under the photo, then edges with black always looks good.

Love the chipboard glasses and the shooting star

The little fox is plastic, the little dogs wood and they just goes so well on this layout
Oh and I nearly forgot the bumble bees on the flowers

For the title I printed it out with my Motex writer and
put it on the chipboard clouds. Googly eyed hedgehogs, so cute.

Some of the items used;
Plain cardstock
ScrapFX chipboard
2Crafty chipboard
Tim Holtz dies
Entaily fowers
Gelatos
Wooden dogs
Plastic fox clip
paw stamp

" Just Chillin' out "

Hi and welcome.
This layout is my Design Team layout for
Love the colours in this case file.

This photo was taken on our trip to New Zealand, This is the entrance to a little Pizza restaurant called
" The Cow "
It is located in a backstreet behind the shops, right on the bend. If you don't know what you are looking for you will miss it. It used to be a milking shed many many years ago. In time it fell into a dilapidated condition and the days of it being used as a milking shed went.
The destiny of the old milking shed were unknown for many years until someone had the foresight to see potential in  the old shed.
It was sold then renovated to the restaurant that it is today. The owners of the old shed which is now known as The Cow left many of the old features intact. You can still see where the original owners had the fire going all those years ago because the bricks where the fire was are still burnt.
The Cow doesn't have much room in it,  so you have to be early to get a seat and by that I mean, you are told when you sit down that  if you have a table for 4 and there are only 2 of you then you have to share your table if 2 other patrons come in..
In reflection I think that this is an awesome way of meeting others from far away countries. What a great way to strike up a conversation and learn about other places on the wonderful world. I would love to see this in more restaurants around the world.

Case File 187 at CSI. Love it !!
Case file items
The Scheme- light gray, chocolate, teal, turquoise and burgundy
The Evidence- I used; gogs, stars, keys, something that moves, metal, hearts, stamped background and numbers
The Testimony: I used the inspirational words of Time Destiny and Reflect.
Some of the testimony is on the rear of the layout but in the bottom left corner I wrote the following...
The Cow used to be a milking shed in years gone by. The shed is still intact and looks wonderful. What a wonderful time we had in Queenstown. This was our favourite destination. The Cow had the best food and we had the best time at this place.

"Caution Cute Kid "

Hello and welcome to  2016.
I have decided to change my blog a little from this year.

I had a very good friend tell me that I add too much "waffle" and that most just want to look at the pictures, so  I am going to endeavour to streamline my blog.

I will add some little tips and trick plus some of the things that I like but if you want to know anything about something you may have seen on one of my page, please leave a message and I will answer you as soon as I can.

So here we go, this is a White With 1 layout that I did as part of the Design Team.
This is January's challenge colour of
"Treetop "

The photo is of a friends son and I think the green in the background is just perfect.

The "always, laugh and dream " were on the end of
a piece of pattern paper so always check that strip that you cut off
and discard..

Home made flags always look good

love these little cars on a boys layout

Black pipes and title to add a bit of pop. Love to add wildlife to
all my layouts

White With 1's January challenge.

some of the product used
white card stock
ScrapFX chipboard
D-lish flairs
Green Tara flowers
