"Love this Girl"

Hi every one,
just wanted to share this layout that I created as a Design Team member at
D-lish Scraps.
I wanted to try and create a page with split colours and I like the way this one turned out.
This is my very cute little granddaughter Milly. Yes I am biased lol lol.

I love the dripping pearls and hearts down the page. I used Gelatos for the colour on the background and then added heaps and heaps of D-lish goodies to the layout. I will list all the D-lish goodies at the end of the post.

I am in love with the Dandelion chipboard that you can see here. I painted it the added colour to the centre and then glitter to the hearts on the ends. I think they would look amazing as fireworks all different colours.

The big mauve flowers are from D-lish also and they are becoming a real fav of mine. I added Milly's name to the bottle tops, cute ! Heaps of stamping in the background.

I painted all the chippy pieces in white. Lots of flowers and butterflies. Oh the butterflies I painted a little glus on the ends of the wings and them dipped them in glitter.

Bows, the angel, lace and flowers all my fav things to add to layout.

Now for some of the D-lish goodies
SFX chipboard
after 5 flowers
Little birdie flowers
Spiral stamens
Bottle caps
Flairs

Thanks for stopping by
have a great day

" Love You "

Hi everyone and welcome to my blog. Today I want to share another case file from
CSI; Color, Stories and Inspiration.

This is case file 161 and I have created this layout as part of the Design Team at CSI.
This is a photo of my son Wade and his girlfriend Kelsey at the "Lock bridge" in Notre Dame in Paris. In the little photo is a picture of the lock they left there.

I have so many embellishments on this layout I hope I can list them all for you. The first thing I did was to emboss the chippy pieces with black and then run some Copper Inka paste randomly over them to give it a metal look. The grid chippy I painted with Silks. I covered the punchella in Gesso and then gold paint, poking it in the background. Tucked a bit of lace into the layers after I had inked it.

Love the sultry colours in this case file
and I must say that we have some fantastic sponsors this month.
Have a look at these.

                                                                 Lindys Stamp Gang

                                                                          Dusty Attic

Now for the case file elements;
The Scheme- Carmine red, Banana yellow, dark blue, powdery white and apricot. All accounted for.
The Evidence- I used the following, circles, clocks, architectural accents, wet medium, metal and something that flies.
The Testimony- I made 2 tags and placed them behind the photo. They read Paris 2014. Wade and Kelsey went on vacation all over Europe. Whilst they had a couple of days in Paris they bought a silver lock. They engraved their initials on the lock and then attached it to Lock Bridge in Notre Dame. The lock signifies their love for ever.

Lots of flowers and I found these butterflies in a Kaiser cutouts pack.
I added a paerel to the middle of a brad and placed them in the centre of their backs.

Lots and lots of embellies on this layout.
Love the little hearts on the front of the pic with the metal lock.

The chevrons I just rubbed some Gelato colour over them,
didn't want a heavy colour on these.
I have started to use a lot of crochet cotton on my layouts,
Its cheap and looks effective.

Tried to make these chevrons slightly different from the others
so I added some Micro beads while the paint was drying.
You can see all the layers in this photo.

Some of the items I used.....

Kaszazz
Coordination core colour
Basic grey Fusion

2Crafty chipboard

This month it is the colour sand.
I do like to do monochromatic layouts when I can.
Many of you will have seen that I have previously entered layouts on this challenge site, so I am over the moon to be able to say that I am now a member of the Design Team.

" Sweet Girl "

Welcome and Happy Easter everyone.
This is case file 160 for CSI; Color, Stories and Inspiration.
I happy to share this case file with you all. I struggled a little with the bigger photo and didn't think that I would make it but I did and am please to be able to share it with you.
This is a photo of my eldest granddaughter " Emelia" at her 5th birthday party. Her Mum organised for the party to have of course the " Frozen" theme. These lovely ladies dress up in the characters of Elsa and Anna and entertain the kids all day. They had games and made balloon animals and swords and the like for all the kids to have.
In all the years that I have hosted childrens birthday parties this one by far was the best one I have ever been to and my daughter did such an amazing job.
This case file has the sketch attached and this month we need to get those bigger photos out.
Emma Stafrace did a great job with this one

The Case File Brief........
The Scheme- pale sage green (the chevron arrows), minty green with a touch of blue, dark teal green, bright white and dark seaweed green. All accounted for.
The Evidence- I used, textured paper, frames, flowers, something transparent (butterflies) metal, resin accents, decorative borders, chevrons and stamps

The same with the little Happy Birthday on the clock frame.
