" Cutie Patootie "

Hi everyone,
this is a catch up layout from
November 2016.
With Christmas and my hubby's birthday, I have forgotten to share some of my layouts.

So this one was for White With 1 and the gorgeous blue colour.
I had so much fun doing this layout with the very cute Eliza.

I don't normally like working with blue but this layout turned out to be one of my favourites

A few close ups...

Thanks for popping in
stayed tuned for some more catch up posts

cheers

A Couple of Shaker Cards "

Hello again,
today I'm sharing a couple of shaker card I made for Nini's Things as part of  her
Design Team.

I love making these cards as I like the interest of the sequins moving around in the centre of the cards.

Just on here and check out all the sequin combinations that are available.

Plus while your there take a peek at her beautiful dies and other products.
Very, very reasonably priced

Thanks for stopping by

till next time

Kirsty from That Scrapbook Shop located at The Entrance NSW, asked me awhile ago and after much deliberation I have kindly accepted her offer.

Very excited but also a little nervous. This is a new experience as I have never taught before.

Simply US

Welcome everyone to
January's challenge at White with 1
This is WW1 first challenge for the year and the first one for new term for the current Design Team.
Yes, I have the privilege to be part of this awesome team for another year.

So sorry that this layout is overdue in being posted bu there is a good reason for that.

Today's layout is of a long time friend of mine Wendy and her first grandchild " Zoe"
That first cuddle is just the most special moment.
Once I had completed the layout I decided to frame it and post it to her. I have been waiting for her to receive her parcel so I could post it on my blog. It was a surprise gift for her from me.
The response was so worth the giving of this very special layout.
Enjoy Wendy xx

Lots of torn paper layers on the background. Using a Distress Ink dobber I inked the background randomly. Its a great effect to use on boys pages too.
All the chipboard painted white. A few little animals fussy cut from Kaiser papers.

Friends the Family we Choose

Welcome everyone.
Today Im sharing a Design Team layout I did for CSI
Its is CSI's 5th birthday this month so this layout had to be a birthday one too.
Happy Birthday CSI !!!!  ðŸŽ‚

This is my layout for "Major" Case file 221. This is the case file that continues for the whole month, giving you heaps of time to play along.

Decided to get out all my mixed media and have a messy day which I think is great for the soul.
The photo is of my daughter "Kyra's" birthday party.
This layout shows the importance of journaling.
I could not remember the actual birthday year so I asked my daughter and she couldn't remember either. That is why I had to list it as either her 6th or 7th birthday party.

Bright fun colours, just like a birthday party. Love using Colour Paste from Colour Blast. Thats what I have used on the background. then I added swirls of paint  from Flutterby Designz.
The layers of papers are also from Flutterby Designz.

The months "Birthday " major case file 221.
All the colours are present.
The Evidence: I used tiny dots, grid pattern, triangles, string, circles, Enamel dots and leaves
The Testimony: I documents the Topic which was the birthday.

A FEW CLOSE UPS FOR YOU.

till next time, keep on scrapping

Just to Cute

Hello everyone,
so happy that you are back to have a peek at my little blog. Today I am sharing another Case File for CSI with you.
The one is Case File 220.
Pretty soft colours, which I don't normally do.
So for this one I have my gorgeous granddaughter " Eliza" in the photo.
Pretty flowers in her hair and sitting on my back deck posing as I practice taking pictures with my new camera.
She is definitely the perfect model.

Tearing, layers and all things girly for this layout.
I love adding lace under the torn layers for more texture.

CASE FILE ELEMENTS:
All the colours of the case file are present.
The Evidence that I have used are as follows; hearts, flowers and leaves, tags and labels, decorative borders, sprinkle something, transparent items.
For the Testimony I used my labeller to write the story like a recipe in the top left corner.

A few close ups for your enjoyment

thanks for stopping by, till next time

20sixteen #we were here

Hello everyone and welcome.
This is a layout I did as part of the Design Team at CSI Color,Stories and Inspiration
Case File 217

Today's layout I did for a very close girlfriend. Well actually it wasn't for her but she loved the layout that much, she nagged and nagged me for it, so I presented it to her as a gift.

We went away early in 2016 for 10 days to Central Australia to see the Uluru Field of Lights. Leaving behind our families, I must say we had the funniest and most interesting trip a couple of  girls could have.
We saw so many wonderful landmarks but The Field of Lights was breathtaking. 50000 orb solar lights set out in 12 acres of land with Uluru as a backdrop, was just amazing.
We started getting other travelers to take some pics of us but in the end we preferred to do our own selfies. A couple of good shots then the silly one to end it.

Love this paper with all the Australian landmarks and saying.
Lots of layers and bits and pieces.

The grasses I die cut out and glued some Micro beads to the ends.

Not to much chatter today

so till next time, keep on scrapping.

If there is anything that you would like to know just drop me a line
